GTC4me/Blackboarduser name help will allow you to determine your user name. The same user name is used for GTC4me and Blackboard.
GTC4me/Blackboardpassword reset will allow you to reset your password and have a temporary password sent to your email on record. (Please note: this process may take up to 10 minutes for the email to be received in your account) Using this function does NOT reset your GTC student email (my.gvltec.edu) password.
To have your GTC student email password reset, you must contact Tech Fix 8226 either by phone or by email.
To change your email on record, log into GTC4me and look for the WebAdvisor portion of the front page (lower left). Click Student Profile, then click Contact Information Change.

CCD students receive a GTC4me account. For technical assistance with user names or passwords,
