Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For students having trouble with GTC4me or Blackboard

  • GTC4me/Blackboarduser name help will allow you to determine your user name. The same user name is used for GTC4me and Blackboard.
  • GTC4me/Blackboardpassword reset will allow you to reset your password and have a temporary password sent to your email on record. (Please note: this process may take up to 10 minutes for the email to be received in your account) Using this function does NOT reset your GTC student email (my.gvltec.edu) password.
  • To have your GTC student email password reset, you must contact Tech Fix 8226 either by phone or by email.
  • To change your email on record, log into GTC4me and look for the WebAdvisor portion of the front page (lower left). Click Student Profile, then click Contact Information Change.

Corporate & Career Development (CCD) Students (Continuing Education)
