Enrollment Step 5 - Complete Financial Aid

• Two to four weeks after you complete the FAFSA (Step 3), you should receive a Student Aid Report (SAR) by email, showing your eligibility for the Pell Grant and your expected family contribution. Greenville Technical College also receives this information.
• After you receive the SAR, you will also receive a letter from Greenville Technical College’s Financial Aid office, outlining any information you need to provide and how to submit it. Follow the instructions carefully so that your financial aid can be processed without delay.

Once you have submitted everything required, you will receive an Award Notification Letter from the Financial Aid office - commonly called your "Financial Aid Offer." It will be available for view inside your GTC4me >Financial Aid account.

You can view your offer in Financial Aid Self Service, by selecting the "My Awards" option. You will accept, adjust or decline your Financial Aid awards via Self Service.

Submit your FAFSA by the following dates in order to receive financial aid before the fee payment deadline:

Fall – May 1
Spring – October 1
Summer – February 1
