The Student Records Office can help you:

• Add/drop or withdraw from classes
• Apply for graduation
• Send transcripts
• Register as a transient student (enrolled at another college)

You can access your records through Campus Cruiser and WebAdvisor. There you can:

• Check grades
• View current enrollment info
• Print enrollment verification certificates

You can also access records (with a photo ID) at the Student Records office.

Privacy
You, and no one else, have the right to inspect and review your records, unless you give written permission for another. We protect your privacy according to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). 

The only people who have access to students' records are Greenville Tech faculty and staff members carrying out college business.
