Prepare yourself for licensure exams. Partnering with Fortune Academy, we offer Pre-Licensing, Advanced Principles in Real Estate, Broker, Property Management, Home Inspection, and Mandatory Continuing Education courses that will help jump-start or enhance your career in the real estate industry. Materials are included in the course fee. State Exam fees and other industry required fees are not included.
Starting January 1, 2017, the Provisional License will no longer be available. In order to apply for a license, each student must take all 90 hours, including Real Estate First Year Sales (Pre-Licensing) and Advanced Principles in Real Estate (formerly Post Licensing.) Students will be able to take and pass the state exam, but will not receive the license until they have completed the Advanced Principles course, which consists of the same 5 modules as Post Licensing did: Agency, Contracts, Ethics, Measurements, and Fair Housing.
The new 10 hour MCE requirement will not be effective until July 1, 2017. Anyone whose license expires June 30, 2017, will only be required to take 8 hours.
