As the largest single industry in the United States and one of the most important, construction offers unlimited opportunities to highly motivated and educated men and women.
By using hands-on learning, problem-solving, and teamwork, the Construction Engineering Technology program at Greenville Technical College gives students the knowledge and technical skills used by construction managers to formulate the plan, control costs, ensure that materials flow, oversee manpower and machinery, meet schedules, and see that quality work is performed.
CPS may cover the cost of tuition, fees and books if you're enrolled in a qualifying program at GTC.
Graduates will be prepared for limited site supervision, estimating, scheduling, and assistant project management in construction companies, highway departments, contractors, or architectural/engineering firms.
