Are you interested in attending Greenville Technical College and want to learn more about our school and programs? Our community outreach specialists are happy to assist you on your educational journey. The GTC recruiters work with local schools and community partners to provide presentations, open houses, exhibit booths, and information sessions on college and career options. We welcome you to visit the Barton Campus for a tour or schedule a classroom presentation with one of our specialists.

Carlos Howard
Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina, Carlos developed an early passion for education and helping others succeed. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from USC Upstate and a master's degree in human resources management and development from Webster University, he began a career in higher education that has now spanned more than 23 years. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working at USC Upstate, Spartanburg Community College, and Tri-County Technical College. Since January 2025, Carlos has proudly served at Greenville Technical College, where he remains committed to supporting students and fostering educational opportunities within our community.
Lilibeth Paez
Born and raised in Easley, South Carolina, Lilibeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Lander University. She began her career in higher education at Greenville Technical College in 2024, gaining experience in Enrollment Services and Academic Advising, supporting students through key academic transitions. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, Lilibeth is passionate about serving diverse student populations through guidance, advocacy, and support.
