Greenville Technical College invites the public to learn more about the Paralegal and Criminal Justice programs on June 17. The Paralegal program?s Career Night will provide an opportunity to speak to faculty one-on-one about the program and employment opportunities. This event will be held in the Criminal Justice Building (121), room 122, on the Barton Campus at 6 p.m. Call 250-8162 to RSVP. Greenville Tech?s American Bar Association-approved Paralegal program offers a two-year track for those interested in an associate degree and a one-track for people who have already earned a bachelor?s or master?s degree. Attorneys turn to Greenville Tech?s Paralegal program for well-qualified paralegals who can help them prepare for closings, hearings, trials and meetings. The Criminal Justice program will also hold a Career Night. The Greenville Technical College Criminal Justice Technology program is designed to provide students with a strong academic foundation for entry-level positions in a variety of careers in the field of criminal justice. The curriculum delivers a thorough understanding of the criminal justice system and its interrelation with society. Many graduates use the degree as a basis for entering a bachelor's degree program and go on to graduate school, law school, research, government service, or social services including law enforcement, corrections, probation/parole, juvenile justice, and victim services.
