Greenville Technical College Theatre will present Director Dan Robbins’ adaption of Charles Dickens’ beloved masterpiece A Christmas Carol December 1-4 in the Technical Resource Center Auditorium (Building 102) on the Barton Campus. Shows begin at 7:30 p.m. December 1-3 and 3 p.m. on December 4. The production is open to the public and free of charge, though donations are appreciated and encouraged.
Featuring a large cast, old Christmas carols, and a wonderful story, this play is a must for the whole family. A Christmas Carol has been a family favorite for a century and a half, and is filled with such memorable characters as Bob Cratchit, Fezziwig, the three Spirits, and Tiny Tim. Come watch as mean-hearted Scrooge journeys with the Spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Future and rediscovers the true meaning of Christmas.
GTC students in leading roles are Shelby Sibert as Scrooge, Ian Collar as Bob Cratchit, Cameron Shaw as the Ghost of Christmas Past and Emilie Bracchitta as the Ghost of Christmas Present.
