Commencement Ceremony Information for Faculty

• Please be aware that there is a clear bag policy in place. The following items are prohibited artificial noisemakers, backpacks, bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.  
• Security will also wand every graduate and guest entering the facility.
• Graduates and Guests attempting to enter with backpacks, non-clear bags, large bags and anything else deemed inappropriate by security will be told to return the item(s) to their vehicle. These items will not be claim-checked.

Faculty should arrive dressed in academic apparel 90 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Follow the Greenville Technical College signs for the designated processional line up areas. Marshals will direct you to the designated seating area at the ceremony start time.
