A loving and supportive father, committed Mechatronics student, and dedicated full-time employee, President’s Award recipient Catlyn Simmons is very busy, yet he makes a demanding schedule look easy, excelling at everything he undertakes. From the first class he enrolled in, he has aimed for greatness, and his 4.0 GPA shows how far a positive attitude and hard work have taken him. When he completes a task or learns a new skill, Catlyn doesn’t sit back and wait for others to catch up. He lends a helping hand to classmates in the lab and in the classroom, making sure that they can be successful, too. A natural leader who inspires others to achieve, Catlyn displays strong character and an unselfish nature as he lifts up others. A credit to the program, this graduate is sure to be a valued employee with a successful future.
