Dr. Kerwin Graham has joined Greenville Technical College (GTC)as dean of enrollment services, responsible for helping students complete the admissions process and begin pursuing their academic goals.
“We are pleased to have a professional of Dr. Graham’s caliber as our new dean of enrollment services,” said Dr. Matteel Knowles, vice president for student services. “Over the past year, we have implemented changes that have resulted in strong enrollment growth across new, continuing, and dual-enrolled students. I feel confident that with Dr. Graham’s leadership, that positive trend will continue.”
Dr. Graham comes to GTC from Winston-Salem State University, where he has served since 2015 as admissions director and interim assistant vice chancellor for enrollment management. These roles have been marked by significant contributions to student engagement and retention through initiatives that optimized the admissions process, improved financial aid awarding, and enhanced the overall student experience.
Prior roles include assistant director of admissions at DeVry University, admissions director at United Education Institute, and admissions representative at Westwood College. Dr. Graham earned a doctorate degree in business administration at Argosy University, a master’s degree in business administration at Shorter University, and a bachelor’s degree in mass communications at Winston-Salem State University.
